The Services are the property of Cityway. By accessing, using or interacting with any part of the Services, or by providing information to Cityway regarding the Services, you agree to the collection, disclosure and use of your information as described in this Privacy Policy. If you disagree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, do not download, access or use the Services, or provide personal information to Cityway.

Cityway collects information directly from you, automatically when you visit the Services, and sometimes through third parties. Certain information may be considered "personal information" under various applicable laws. We consider information that identifies you as a specific and identifiable individual to be personal information (such as contact information), and we treat additional information, including IP addresses and cookies, as "personal information" as required by applicable law. In addition, if Cityway combines information that we consider non-personal with personal information, we will treat that combined information as personal information under this Privacy Policy and as required by law. Note that Cityway can de-identify personal information so that it is no longer considered personal, such as aggregating or converting it into code, sometimes using a function commonly known as "hash," or "hash." We will treat the identity information as non-personal to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
Information you provide directly to Cityway
Cityway may ask you to provide information directly when you interact with us, such as contact information (including your name, telephone number, mailing address and e-mail address), current location (such as address or intersection), other information about you, such as demographic information (such as zip code and date of birth) and information about your preferences and interests. You may provide personal information, demographic and other information through various forms and features at the time of use of the Services or when you interact with us. Cityway will also collect personal information and payment information when you make a purchase through us.
Our services are intended for a general public and Cityway does not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18.
Information that Cityway automatically collects when you access the Services
We, and our third party business partners (including any third party service, content or analytics providers), may use a variety of technologies that automatically or passively collect certain information about your use of the Services each time you visit or interact with the Services ( « Usage Information »). This usage information may include the browser of the website or operating system you use, the URL that you use referred you to our Services, the search terms you entered into a search engine that led you to our Services, location data (defined below), any areas within our services you visit, and the time of day, the next website you visit after leaving our Services, among other information. Cityway may use this usage information for a variety of purposes, including trend analysis, administering the Services, tracking user movements around the Services, collecting demographic information about our user base as a whole, and improving the Services.
In addition, Cityway automatically collects your IP address or other unique identifier (« Device ID ») for your mobile phone, computer or other device used to access the Services. A device identifier is a number that is automatically assigned to your device used to access the Services, and our servers identify your device by its device identifier.
Cityway may capture and record or infer certain location data about your use of the Services and your movements (« Location Data »). This may include accurate location data from the device you use to access the Services if you have enabled such collection through our mobile application or your browser. You can disable the collection of accurate location data through your device settings. However, please note that Cityway may still be able to infer your approximate location through other information that Cityway collects, such as IP address. We may link location data to other information used on the Services, but we only use this information to provide and improve the Services.
Cityway uses the following types of tracking technologies to automatically collect information when you interact with us online :
Cookies and local storage. "Cookies" and local storage are pieces of information (data files) transferred to a person's browser on their device when the device is used to visit a site. These technologies are able to store a unique identifier for a device to allow a certain website to recognize the device each time the device is used to visit the Services. These technologies may be used for many purposes by Cityway and our third party service providers, such as automatically collecting usage information, enabling features and remembering your preferences. Cityway may use cookies and other technologies to study traffic patterns on our services, to make them even more efficient, as well as to study the effectiveness of our communications with our customers Cityway may also use cookies to personalise your experience and provide greater convenience whenever you interact with us. The information we store includes Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), reference/output pages, operating system, date/time stamp and clickstream data. If you choose to disable cookies or restrict local storage, some features of the Services may not function properly.
Pixel tags. Pixel Tags are tiny graphic images or other web programming codes that tell us which parts of our website customers have visited or measure the effectiveness of customer searches on our Services. Pixel tags and similar technologies may be used for a number of purposes, including, without limitation, counting site visitors, monitoring how users navigate the Services, counting the number of emails sent that have actually been opened, counting the number of particular links actually accessed. Pixel tags also allow Cityway to send email messages in a format that customers can read.
Integrated scripts. An embedded script is a programming code designed to collect information about your interactions with the Services, such as which links you click. The code is temporarily downloaded to your device from our server or a third party service provider, is only active when you are logged into a site, and is disabled or deleted thereafter.
Clicks on URLs. In some of our email messages, we use a "clickable URL" related to the content of the Services. When a customer clicks on one of these URLs, they go through our web server before arriving at the landing web page. Cityway tracks this data per click to help us determine interest in particular topics and measure the effectiveness of our communications with our customers.
In addition, Cityway may use a variety of other technologies that collect similar information for security and fraud detection purposes.
User Content
The Services may give you the opportunity to register and create an account that may allow you to submit questions, comments, survey responses or other content (« User Content ») and may have separate terms that govern your submission of User Content. Please read our Terms of Use for more information about User Content and our User Policy. If you submit User Content, User Content may be used by Cityway for commercial purposes.

Social Media Interactions
The Services may enable or facilitate interactions with an interactive third party website or service (« RSocial Networks »), such as allowing you to "like" or "share" content. If you choose to share content or otherwise post information from the Services on social media, such information may be public and the third party may have access to information about you and your use of our Services. You may also choose to participate on social networks in a way that links this third party service to our services, such as posting on one of our pages on a social networking platform. This may allow Cityway to collect (or the third party to share) information about you, including personal information, and the third party may allow us to re-publish content related to our Services.
In addition, Cityway and third party services may have access to certain information about you and your use of the Third Party Services and Services. These social networking sites may collect information about your visit to our Services through features that we have integrated into the Services and may be able to collect certain information about your visits to the Services, whether or not you interact with the feature, whether or not you are logged into a used social networking account.
Cityway may also receive information about you if other social network users give us access to their profiles and you are one of their connections or "friends." Information collected by Cityway is subject to this Privacy Policy. Information collected and stored by the third party remains subject to the third party's privacy practices, including if the third party continues to share information with us, such as the types of information shared and your choices regarding the visibility of others of the services or those of the third party service. The third party may allow you to delete the application or functionality, in which case Cityway will no longer collect information about you through the application or functionality, but may retain previously collected information.
Sending to a friend, features and information you provide about other people
If you send a friend a communication from the Services, such as sharing your estimated time of arrival (ETA), the information you provide (names, email addresses, etc.) is used only once to facilitate communication and is not used for any other purpose, unless Cityway obtains that person's consent. If you otherwise disclose personal information about others to Cityway, you give Cityway permission to use such information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
HOW CITYWAY CAN USE THE INFORMATION COLLECTED
Cityway may use information collected through the Services (including your personal information and usage information) to: (1) enable you to participate in the Services and provide you with services, announcements, information and any features or activities that Cityway offers through the Services, including marketing and offers from us and on behalf of third parties; (2) personalize your experience, including for provide relevant information based on the user's location (next planned trip, etc.), and tailor the content we display to you, such as recommendations we offer to you; (3) process information you provide through your account registration with the Services, including, verifying that your email address is active and valid; (4) complete transactions and process payments and orders; (5) provide a service to the customers, including in connection with any delivery, billing or payment processing request; (6) contact you about your use of the Services (for example, part of the registration process, alerts about monthly consumption targets, disruptions in transportation services and slots (for example, caused by bad weather or work), a transaction, to notify you if you have won a contest or a promotional offer, or to respond to you when you contact us) or other administrative communications, including, at our discretion, changes to the Services Privacy Policy, or any of our other terms or policies; (7) protecting our Services and our customers from errors, misuse of the Services, fraud or any criminal activity and detecting and resolving problems, resolving disputes and enforcing agreements and applicable policies for the Services; (8) other internal business purposes, such as improving our services or products and services, and complying with regulatory and legal obligations; or (9) any other matter described in this Privacy Policy, as disclosed at the time you provide your information or other information, with your consent.
WHEN CITYWAY DIVULATE YOUR INFORMATION TO THIRD PARTIES
Cityway may share non-personal information, such as usage information, disidentified or aggregated user statistics with third parties at our discretion. Cityway does not share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. In addition, Cityway may share information we have collected about you, including, without limitation, personal information and usage information, as disclosed at the time you provide your information or other information, with your consent, as described in the Privacy Policy and in the following circumstances :
Related entities. Cityway may share information between its affiliated entities (Transdev North America, Transdev Services Inc.).
Third parties providing services on our behalf. Cityway may share information with third parties who perform services on our behalf, such as hosting websites, processing information, sending emails or other communications, fulfilling customer orders and processing payments (including clearing and processing credit card payments), running promotions, marketing support and data analytics (including assessing your interest in our products and services or conducting research and customer satisfaction surveys) and performing other services. Cityway may provide access to your personal information to these third parties so that they can perform these services. Without making these third parties available, it may be difficult for you to purchase services, receive customer service, provide feedback to Cityway to improve our services, or access certain services and content on those Services.
Administrative and legal reasons. Cityway may transfer and disclose information, including your personal information, usage information and device identifier (e.g. IP address) to third parties to comply with a legal obligation, where we believe in good faith that the law requires it; at the request of the government or investigating authorities; to verify or enforce our applicable terms and policies; or for protect our rights, property, security or that of other visitors to the Services or the public, for example when we investigate potential fraud. For example, Cityway may share information to respond to a court order or subpoena. Cityway may also use device identifiers to identify users, and may do so in cooperation with copyright holders, service providers Internet, wireless service providers or law enforcement agencies, at our discretion.
Lotteries, Contests, Promotional Offers. Cityway may offer sweepstakes, contests or other promotional offers (« Contests »), which may require registration. By entering a Contest, you agree to the official terms, conditions or rules that govern the Contest, which may require specific requests from you (including, without limitation, and unless prohibited by law, allowing the Contest Sponsor to use your name, appearance, or other character indication in advertising or marketing material) . If you choose to enter a Contest, personal information may be disclosed to third parties or the public in connection with the administration of that Contest, including, without limitation, in connection with the selection of the Winner, the execution of the Prize, as required by law, or permitted by the Official Contest Terms or Rules (such as the announcement of a Winners List).
Business transfers. In the event that Cityway goes through a transition such as the sale, acquisition or transfer of most of its assets, whether voluntary or involuntary (e.g. through bankruptcy), or merges or becomes affiliated with any other division, individual or entity (including, without limitation, during a due diligence process), any customer information owned or under Cityway's control (including, without limitation, your Cityway reserves the right, in connection with such transactions, to otherwise affect or transfer your information (including, without limitation, your personal information) and other information that Cityway has collected from users of the Services. By providing your personal information, you agree that Cityway may transfer such information to the acquired entity without your additional consent. For example, if part of our business has been sold, Cityway can give our customer list as part of this transaction.
THIRD LINKS AND CONTENT
LThe Services may link to websites or content hosted and served by third parties over which we have no control and which are governed by the privacy policies and business practices of such third parties. Cityway is not responsible for the privacy practices or business practices of any third party.
TIERCE ANALYSIS COMPANIE AND TIRD SIMILY
Cityway works with analytics partners, service providers and other providers to inform us about traffic and use of the Services (including pages viewed and actions taken when visiting the Services) .
These third parties may set and access their own tracking technologies on your device (including cookies and web beacons) and may otherwise collect or access information about you, including usage information. Some of these parties may collect personal information over time when you visit the Services. One analytics provider that Cityway can work with is Google Analytics. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to collect and analyse information about the use of the Services and to report on activities and trends. This Google service may also collect information about the use of other websites, applications and online resources. HOW CITYWAY REACTS TO "DO NOT SUPPLY" SIGNALS
Some Internet browsers may be configured to send "Do Not Track" signals to the online services you visit. Industry participants disagree on what it means to "not follow" in this context. Like many websites and online services, our Services do not change their practices when they receive a "Do Not Track" signal from a visitor's browser, unless expressly required by law. DATA SECURITY
Cityway uses commercially reasonable security methods - including administrative, technical and physical measures - to protect your personal information against loss, theft and misuse, as well as against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction.
However, no system can be guaranteed 100% secure. We therefore cannot guarantee or guarantee the security of the information you transmit to us, or that Cityway transmits to you, or guarantee that it will be free from unauthorised access by third parties. You use the Services and provide us with information on your own initiative and at your own risk.
CONSENT TO TRANSFER AND STOCKAGE
Please note that information collected by Cityway will be transferred and processed in the United States and Canada, and potentially in other countries. By using the Services, or providing Cityway with any information, you fully understand and unambiguously consent to such transfer, processing and storage of your information in Canada, whose privacy laws may not be as comprehensive as those of the country where you reside and/or are a citizen. Therefore, such information may be subject to requests for access from governments, courts or law enforcement agencies. law in Canada and other countries, in accordance with the laws of those jurisdictions.
ACCESS AND UPDATE YOUR INFORMATION AND YOUR CHOICES
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails through the opt-out mechanism included in every marketing email Cityway sends you. Please note that we reserve the right to send you certain emails or postal communications regarding your use of our services, messages of interest, notices of changes to this Privacy Policy, our Terms of Use or our other terms, or similar administrative or transactional messages, and such transactional account messages may not be affected if you choose to opt out of marketing communications.
You may be able to use features of the Services that allow you to register for a user account. If you have an online account, you are responsible for maintaining and updating, if necessary, your account registration data with up-to-date, accurate and complete information. You may have the option to view, update and/or amend the registration data you have provided to Cityway, or delete your account, by logging into your account and following appropriate instructions or by sending us your request to the following email [link.support@cityway.io ]. We will make the requested changes to our active databases within a reasonable processing time. Please note, however, that we may retain information associated with the account, including information that you have updated or modified, for internal or administrative purposes.
MODIFICATIONS TO THE CONFIDENTIAL POLICY
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Cityway reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy at our discretion at any time and will notify you of material changes by posting the amended Privacy Policy on our Services. Cityway may also notify you in other ways, for example through contact information you have provided. Any change will become effective immediately upon posting of the revised Privacy Policy, unless otherwise specified, and your continued use of the Services after the effective date of the revised Privacy Policy (or any other act as specified in the revised Privacy Policy) will constitute your consent to such changes to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Cityway will not use your personal information in a manner significantly different from that promised at the time the information was collected without giving you the opportunity to consent to the new policy, if necessary (this may be, for example, confirmation of unsubscribe from e-mails, or acceptance by continued use of the Services).
